Blackjack Rival Rules and Strategy
Apart from usual Hit and Stand options, Rival Blackjack offers you to choose among such steps to make as Split, Double or Insurance. Let’s try to figure out what means each of this options and when it is necessary to choose them… or avoid.
When you are sure that the next card revealed guarantees you win, choose Double feature for sure. Thus, you increase your bet by 2 times as well as increase your chances to win twice bigger award. However, if you get card hand less than 21 and less than the dealer’s one you lose twice bigger. The same can be said if you get a hand more than 21.
If you get a hand with two cards of the same value such as two sevens or two nines you can split them to create two hands. The other hand appeared need extra bet that will be equal to your initial bet. Now you should deal with two hands each of them played separately.
Thus, you can split up to 3 times creating up to 4 hands at once. Note that Aces can be split once only. In such a way single hand game can become a multi hand one to present you more excitement and great awards.
This option can be chosen when the dealer’s first card up is an Ace. In other words, there is a possibility that he will get a Blackjack. If you think so you can choose Insurance option to prevent some losses.
An extra bet that equals half your initial bet is placed. If the dealer really has a Blackjack Insurance pays 2:1. If he doesn’t have a Blackjack you lose your Insurance bet and continue playing with the same bets placed and the same cards dealt. In other words, it is all about your intuition.
