21 Duel Blackjack Single Player Review
21 Duel Blackjack Single Player Brief Overview
21 Duel Blackjack Single Player is one of the most absorbing card games powered by Playtech. In some degree this kind of Blackjack is much more interesting than, for example, classic Blackjack, but it is much more risky as well. The principle of this game is the same as for usual Blackjack, but this game has several different rules. It should be observed that there aren’t such options as Double, Split or Insurance in 21 Duel Blackjack.
This kind of Blackjack is played with 6 decks of 52 cards. Card values are similar to Blackjack: number cards count at face value, picture cards are equal 10 points, Ace is worth 1 or 11 points depending on the situation. But it doesn’t matter how many cards you have in your hand, all hands total of 21 are equal.
You can choose among different coin denomination that allows you to vary the stakes depending on your wish: $0.01, $0.10, $0.50, $1.00, $5.00, $10.00, $25.00. The minimum bet is $0.01, the maximum one is $300. The minimum and the maximum bets can depend on your VIP level and are shown on the gaming table.
21 Duel Blackjack Single Player Rules and Strategy
At the very beginning of the round, you are dealt 2 cards, one face up, one face down. The dealer is dealt 2 cards, but both face down. You and the dealer are also dealt with 2 communal cards. Having seen one of your cards, you can choose one of two communal cards that will complete the winning combination in the best way possible. Then you can Hit or Stand. When the player has made his choice, the dealer reveals first of his cards and chooses one of the communal cards to create the best hand possible. The dealer must always hit on 16 or lower and stand on 17. If the dealer has 13 points or less, you win the round automatically, even if you have less points.
2 Up Bets
You can multiply your chances to win and choose 2 Up Bets. If three cards shown on the table (face-up card and two communal cards) contain two identical cards of any suit, you win 3: 1. If you have 3 cards of a kind, you win 20:1.
You should choose this option, if you want to use right communal card for your hand. Please, pay attention that his option implies additional bet.
You should choose this option, if you want to use the left communal card for your hand. Note that this option requires additional bet.
You can choose Fold, if you want to stop the round. But in this case you will lose your Ante bet.
